Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement end-to-end healthcare-related training programs, ensuring cross-functional alignment with media, production, and data teams.
- Enhance employees' understanding of Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and their roles, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Clinical Education, Regulatory, Legal, Medical, and Medical Affairs teams, to develop healthcare learning materials and toolkits.
- Build and manage the learning/onboarding community, ensuring seamless communication and updates on learning content.
- Work closely with discipline and market leads to ensure learning needs and market nuances are met, guiding teams through relevant learning opportunities.
- Provide professional project management support to ensure global project plans are executed on time, within budget, and to the desired quality standards.
- Partner with external medical experts to stay up-to-date on medical compliance and ensure teams are aware of essential information.
- Align with the US L&D team on healthcare learning strategies, share content, and localize for Ex-US relevance.
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions, facilitating and hosting sessions within the Global Business team.
- Manage the onboarding process from an L&D perspective, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
- Experience in a similar L&D training role, preferably within an agency environment.
- Proven ability to build and deliver learning strategies that cater to diverse teams, with a strong partnership mindset.
- Excellent storytelling capabilities, with clear communication skills (written and verbal), to distill complex healthcare information.
- Empathy and understanding of learning needs across markets, with a willingness to participate in meetings to communicate the learning plan.
- Ability to work with technology, such as translation tools, to enhance training materials.
- Strong Microsoft skills (PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams, etc.).
- Familiarity with Legal, Regulatory, and Medical parameters in a multi-stakeholder matrix environment is advantageous.
