The Role:
We are in search of an enthusiastic and engaging Sales Executive to become part of our team.

This role offers a diverse and flexible work environment, perfect for individuals with experience in construction or fenestration, who are eager to make a significant impact within a growing organization.

In this position, you will cultivate and enhance relationships with our established clientele, primarily consisting of repeat customers.

Your responsibilities will also include leading a small team of five, ensuring they remain motivated and effectively achieving our sales objectives.

At times, you will be tasked with acquiring new business, utilizing your composed and professional demeanor to establish trust and rapport with prospective clients.

Your role as a Sales Executive will be customized to leverage your strengths, providing opportunities for personal growth and influence within the company.

Your ability to communicate effectively with customers and offer tailored solutions will be crucial to your success. Familiarity with LogiKal software is advantageous, though not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and sustain robust relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Team Leadership: Oversee and guide a small sales team, offering support and motivation to meet targets.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, broadening our client base and enhancing market presence.
  • Sales Strategy: Formulate and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives, focusing on establishing long-term partnerships.
  • Customer Engagement: Interact directly with clients, both via phone and in-person, to ascertain their needs and provide customized solutions.
  • Flexible Role: Adjust to the evolving needs of the business, undertaking various tasks and responsibilities to ensure seamless operations.
  • Technical Acumen: Apply or develop knowledge of LogiKal software for product configuration and client management.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Demonstrated experience in sales management, preferably within the construction or fenestration sectors.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to inspire and manage a small team.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for quickly building rapport.
  • Driven and self-motivated, with a passion for fostering business growth.
  • Composed under pressure, exhibiting a professional and engaging demeanor.
  • Experience with LogiKal software or similar systems is beneficial but not essential.
