Simpson Judge are looking to recruit a Sales Operations Executive to work for a beauty company based in Watford. The purpose of this role is to assist the Head of Sales to co-ordinate work between teams and guarantee smooth delivery of products to customers.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Managing sales orders, data entry and adhering to delivery timelines.
- Supporting customers with requests on product information.
- Communicating closely with internal team members, highlighting any order issues to appropriate teams.
- Manage orders using customer and warehouse portals.
- Chase payments and invoice orders.
- Adapt supplier manuals, meaning teams within the business have all the correct information to deliver orders.
- Take ownership of managing any re-work of items, while taking costings into consideration.
- Manage orders effectively, while communicating with customers and keeping product information up to date.
**Key Requirements**
- Experience in a previous sales or operational role is required.
- Ability to work in a data-driven environment, with accuracy.
- Operational experience within a warehouse environment.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Works well in a team environment, can work independently when required.
