Job Summary: Mitchell Maguire is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying new sales enquiries into our sales pipeline through outbound activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Business Development: Sell the design, manufacture, and supply of underfloor heating systems to national housebuilders, main-contractors, sub-contractors, and architects.
- Lead Generation: Identify sales opportunities via available resources such as the existing database, lead databases, site visits, and networking.
- Lead Nurturing: Follow-up on any and all opportunities, staying close where possible and nurturing leads up to handover stage.
- Research and Analysis: Research companies and projects to increase exposure to all contractors tendering a project.
- CRM Management: Update an internal CRM system with accurate and relevant information.
Requirements:
- Experience: Must have office sales experience within the construction industry, with contract selling/tender management experience being highly beneficial.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and relationship building abilities, highly organized and focused with strong time management skills, self-motivated, confident, resilient, driven, and ambitious.
