POSITION OVERVIEW: Following an internal promotion, this organization is seeking a new Regional Sales Executive to oversee the London area. You will be responsible for marketing a selection of premium endoscopic capital equipment utilized in ENT and gastroenterology practices. With the company's continuous commitment to cutting-edge technology, you will also have the thrilling chance to promote AI-integrated systems associated with the equipment. The ideal Regional Sales Executive will be tasked with generating business within NHS and private healthcare facilities across the region, engaging with medical professionals in ENT, gastroenterology, and surgical settings, typically interacting with consultants, specialist nurses, and surgical teams, as well as procurement contacts. A dedicated clinical trainer will provide support. Comprehensive company and product training will be offered, and you will be joining during an exciting phase of growth for the organization.

For the Regional Sales Executive, we are looking for candidates who fulfill the following criteria:

  • Proven experience in selling devices, consumables, or equipment to NHS healthcare facilities
  • Consistent and successful history of sales to nurses, consultants, and procurement professionals
  • High level of intelligence to grasp technical details, ideally with a degree
  • Highly motivated and driven attitude

Compensation for the Regional Sales Executive includes:

  • Base Salary: £45,000 to £55,000 based on experience
  • OTE: £10,000 with potential to significantly increase through incentives, plus additional commission
  • Vehicle: Fully expensed company vehicle (electric options available) or £4,000 car allowance + 45p/mile
  • Benefits: healthcare, 6% pension contribution, 10x life insurance, lunch allowance, mobile phone, laptop, 25 days of annual leave + public holidays (increasing with tenure and the option to buy/sell 5 days)
