Our client is a leading entity in the cutting tool industry, boasting a significant global presence with operations in over 20 countries.
They are dedicated to addressing engineering challenges across various sectors, including maintenance, repair, overhaul, general machining, heavy machining, railway, and airframe assembly.
We are seeking a skilled engineer to take on the role of Area Sales Manager, focusing on the South East region.
Key Benefits:
- Competitive salary ranging from £45,000 to £60,000 DOE
- Performance-based bonus of 20%
- Company vehicle with hybrid options
- Comprehensive private medical insurance, along with a death in service benefit of six times the salary, plus an exceptional overall benefits package.
This role offers the flexibility of remote work, with the expectation to proactively seek new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven engineering background with sales experience
- Prior experience as a multi-skilled engineer, applications engineer, or currently in cutting tool sales
- Exceptional communication and customer engagement skills
- Strong interpersonal abilities with a customer-centric approach
- Capability to confidently present solutions and advantages to clients on-site
- Valid UK driving license
