Position:
French-speaking Regional Key Account Executive
Compensation:
Up to £65,000 per annum plus performance-related bonus (up to £100K OTE)
Role Summary:
As a Regional Key Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing relationships with distributors and merchants, optimizing business from current accounts, and exploring new opportunities within the designated region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and enhance relationships with existing clients
- Identify and pursue new business prospects in the region
- Engage in extensive travel across Europe, including participation in trade exhibitions
- Provide training to sales personnel at distribution points and oversee inventory management
- Collaborate with the head office, as well as catalogue and marketing teams
- Update or create new promotional materials for point-of-sale
- Educate clients and specification professionals about product offerings
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in French at a business level (both written and spoken)
- Additional fluency in German and/or Dutch is a significant advantage
- Demonstrated success in sales and account management
- Willingness to travel across Europe
- Report directly to the Divisional Director, providing regular market intelligence updates
Compensation Details:
Up to £65,000 per annum plus bonus (up to £100K OTE)
