Position:
German-speaking Regional Sales Executive

Compensation:
Up to £65,000 per annum plus performance-related bonus (up to £100K OTE)

Role Summary:
The successful candidate will be tasked with fostering relationships with distributors and merchants, optimizing business from current accounts, and exploring new opportunities within the designated region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Conduct extensive travel across Europe, including participation in trade exhibitions
  • Provide training to sales personnel at distribution points and oversee inventory management
  • Collaborate effectively with headquarters, catalogue managers, and marketing teams
  • Update or create new promotional materials for point-of-sale displays
  • Educate clients and building specifiers on product offerings

Qualifications:
  • Fluency in German at a business level (both written and spoken)
  • Additional proficiency in French and/or Dutch is a significant advantage
  • Demonstrated success in sales and account management
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a personable approach, along with a readiness to travel
  • Report directly to the Divisional Director, providing regular market intelligence updates

Compensation Details:
Salary package includes up to £65,000 per annum plus bonus potential (up to £100K OTE).
