Job Title: French Speaking Regional Key Account Manager

Location: Woking

Salary: Up to £65,000 per annum plus bonus (£100K OTE)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced French speaking Regional Key Account Manager to join our team at French Selection UK. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with distributors and merchants across the region, managing and maximizing business from existing accounts, and investigating new business opportunities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and merchants
  • Manage and maximize business from existing accounts
  • Investigate new business opportunities in the region
  • Self-manage daily activities and appointments
  • Maintain continual market awareness
  • Promote products and attend exhibitions and seminars
  • Act as the technical expert for queries from customers
  • Extensive travel across Europe, assist with trade shows
  • Train sales staff at distribution outlets and maintain stock
  • Collaborate with head office, catalogue and marketing managers
  • Update or provide new point-of-sale materials
  • Educate clients and building specifiers about products

Requirements:

  • Fluent in French to business level (written and spoken)
  • Additional fluency in German and/or Dutch - strong advantage
  • Proven track record in sales and account management
  • Previous experience selling boxed spare part products
  • Customer focused attitude and great personality
  • Willingness to travel to France and other European countries

Reporting to: Divisional Director, providing regular intelligence reports
