About the Role

This is a distinguished role as a Regional Van Fleet Sales Executive with Pybus Recruitment Ltd, where you will have the opportunity to drive the growth of fleet van sales across a designated region.

The successful candidate will be instrumental in nurturing a robust client portfolio, tasked with identifying and securing new business opportunities while ensuring existing relationships flourish through exceptional account management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance fleet van sales within the assigned territory
  • Forge and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their needs to provide tailored solutions
  • Achieve the required sales target and related KPIs within a 12-month period
  • Work closely with the Head of Sales and Regional Retail Team to identify opportunities for all product and services via sales
  • Enhance the image and reputation of the company while supporting its commercial interests
  • Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to inform sales strategies
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven track record in sales and an understanding of total costs of ownership and funding options
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage and persuade at all levels
  • A professional presentation style, with the ability to share in presenting at regional sales and dealership meetings
  • The ability to find new customers and increase the customer database
  • Previous experience in selling or renting capital equipment to key local fleets
  • Knowledge of the Van industry
  • A full UK driving license, as regular regional travel is a core component of the role
