Regional Fleet Van Sales Executive

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Van Fleet Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of fleet van sales across a designated region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance fleet van sales within the assigned territory
- Forge and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their needs to provide tailored solutions
- Achieve the required sales target and related KPIs within a 12-month period
- Work closely with the Head of Sales and Regional Retail Team to identify opportunities for all product and services via sales
- Enhance the image and reputation of the company while supporting its commercial interests
- Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to inform sales strategies
Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales and an understanding of total costs of ownership and funding options
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage and persuade at all levels
- Be a professional presenter who will be asked to share in presenting at regional sales and dealership meetings
- Have the ability to find new customers and increase the customer database
- Previous experience in selling or renting capital equipment to key local fleets
- Ideal candidates will have knowledge of the Van industry
- Full UK driving licence is essential as regular regional travel is a core component of the role
