Position Overview

Location: Perth
Salary: £28,072 - £32,605 plus an array of benefits to support your financial and personal well-being.


Contract Type: 15 Month Fixed Term | Full Time

This role is designed to assist the Facilities Management team in delivering exceptional facilities services on a daily basis.

The successful candidate will be part of a collaborative team and will also be expected to work independently, ensuring a high standard of customer service for all SSE employees and visitors.

The responsibilities will encompass various aspects of facilities management, including but not limited to:

  • Reception and administrative tasks
  • Coordinating maintenance activities
  • Ensuring effective customer interactions
  • Engaging with stakeholders and resolving conflicts
  • Managing contractors and third-party service providers
  • Generating facilities management reports
  • Assisting with office relocations and car park management
  • Coordinating catering and hospitality services

Requirements

This role involves travel to various sites to ensure comprehensive facilities management services across the organization. A valid driving license is mandatory.

To be eligible for this position, candidates should ideally possess:

  • IWFM Level 3 or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of statutory and non-statutory maintenance tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
