Position Overview:

Role Title: Field Service Area Controller
Reporting To: Call Handler & Area Dispatch Supervisor

Key Objectives:
  • Effectively manage and coordinate site visits for approximately 20-30 field engineers.
  • Oversee interventions until they are successfully completed for our clients.
  • Prepare and follow up on customer quotations for additional services beyond standard contracts.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming service calls and log them into the database.
  • Coordinate daily workloads for field technicians to maximize efficiency and resource utilization while ensuring adherence to service level agreements and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain and update customer databases.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Perform daily administrative tasks as directed by the Call Handler & Area Dispatch Supervisor.
  • Log and address customer inquiries and complaints as necessary.
  • Adhere to the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, ensuring personal and others' safety.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience in a customer service environment.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proven multitasking capabilities.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Willingness to work flexibly when required.
Desirable Skills:
  • Familiarity with IT and various software applications.
