About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team at Finning. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and maintenance services to our clients' heavy equipment and plant machinery.
  • Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical issues on-site.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure timely and cost-effective resolution of issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest dealer software and repair techniques to provide the best possible service.

Requirements

  • Heavy Earth Moving equipment operating knowledge.
  • LDV driving licence.
  • Apprentice trained engineer or formally trained (NVQ Level 3 preferred) with significant experience as a service engineer.
  • Experience of a variety of construction and static machines.
