About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Trading Assistant to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our Digital Trading Team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth through effective workflow management, campaign execution, and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Sales and Revenue Growth: Work closely with the Digital Trading Team to develop and execute sales strategies, manage campaigns, and optimize online sales performance.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports on digital trade performance, highlighting key trends and insights to inform business decisions.
  • Product Optimization: Analyze best-seller data and stock levels to optimize online sales, ensuring products are accurately represented and easily discoverable.
  • Insight Generation: Produce high-quality insights for internal and external stakeholders, supporting business growth and decision-making.
  • Workflow Management: Prioritize and manage workflow to ensure timely execution of campaigns and promotions, aligning with company trading calendars.
  • Customer Experience: Conduct daily site walks and data analysis to identify opportunities for improvement, driving categorization and product content enhancements.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, utilizing effective communication and people management skills.
  • Team Collaboration: Contribute to team projects and initiatives, demonstrating a willingness to go above and beyond to support business objectives.
Requirements
  • Valid Working Rights: Possess valid working rights for EMEA countries.
  • Education: Educated to A-Level standard or equivalent, preferably in a business or numeric-related subject.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with multiple teams.
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and precision.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to plan and organize own workload, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced Excel skills, with a strong understanding of data analysis and reporting.
