Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Social Worker to join our team at St Andrew's Healthcare, a charity providing specialist mental healthcare services. As a Social Worker, you will have the opportunity to gain experience across various specialisms, develop a deeper understanding of complex mental health needs, and access further training such as DBT and a comprehensive ASYE programme.

Main Duties

As a Social Worker, you will work in partnership with our multi-disciplinary teams to provide holistic individualised treatment plans, and work directly with patients on their recovery journey. You will take the lead with carer engagement and involvement, ensuring that families are part of the team. You will also become an expert in mental health legislation and practice, giving evidence at Tribunals and taking the lead on safeguarding.
