We are seeking a qualified Social Worker to join our Low Secure, Specialist Rehabilitation and CAMHS Division in Northampton. As a Social Worker, you will work in partnership with our multi-disciplinary teams to provide holistic individualised treatment plans and work directly with patients on their recovery journey.
Key Responsibilities- Provide social work services to patients across a wide range of diagnoses, including PICU, Acute, Personality Disorder, CAMHS, Low Secure and Specialist Rehabilitation.
- Develop a deeper understanding of complex mental health needs and have access to further training such as DBT and a comprehensive ASYE programme.
- Work in partnership with our multi-disciplinary teams to provide holistic individualised treatment plans.
- Take the lead with carer engagement and involvement, ensuring that families are part of the team.
- Provide expert advice on mental health legislation and practice, including giving evidence at Tribunals and taking the lead on safeguarding.
- A recognised Social Work Qualification.
- Experience of working in Mental Health and Mental Capacity Legislation, as well as Safeguarding Adults Legislation and practice.
- Registration with Social Work England.
