About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Social Worker to join our Low Secure, Specialist Rehabilitation and CAMHS Division in Northampton. As a Social Worker, you will be part of a high-achieving and committed team within an inpatient hospital setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work in partnership with our multi-disciplinary teams to provide holistic individualised treatment plans.
  • Take the lead with carer engagement and involvement, ensuring that families are part of the team.
  • Develop a deeper understanding of complex mental health needs and have access to further training such as DBT and a comprehensive ASYE programme.
  • Provide expert mental health legislation and practice, giving evidence at Tribunals and taking the lead on safeguarding.
Requirements
  • A recognised Social Work Qualification.
  • Experience of working in Mental Health and Mental Capacity Legislation; as well as Safeguarding Adults Legislation and practice.
  • Registration with Social Work England.
