About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Worker to join our team at St Andrew's Healthcare. As a Social Worker, you will play a vital role in providing holistic individualized treatment plans for our patients, working in partnership with our multi-disciplinary teams to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Main Responsibilities

As a Social Worker, you will be responsible for:

  • Assessing patients' mental health needs and developing individualized treatment plans
  • Working with patients, families, and carers to ensure their involvement and engagement in the treatment process
  • Providing expert advice and guidance on mental health legislation and practice
  • Leading on safeguarding investigations and providing evidence at Tribunals
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A recognized Social Work Qualification and experience of working in Mental Health and Mental Capacity Legislation
