About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Capita as an Operations Manager - Estates & Facilities, where you will play a key role in managing the day-to-day operations of our estate across the Trust.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage local health & safety systems, ensuring compliance with Trust-wide procedures and liaising with relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage and coordinate the estate's projects and capital program, working closely with stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Lead and advise on engineering, mechanical, and electrical aspects of capital programs, collaborating with specialist partners and advisors.
  • Manage relationships with 3rd party contractors, Landlord providers, and E&F staff to ensure effective estate management across all CLCH sites.
  • Oversee and monitor hard and soft FM provision, including waste management, site systems, food and catering suppliers, and quality standards.
  • Ensure site systems, including CCTV, FM services, BMS, energy systems, telephones, and lift rooms, are maintained and functioning properly.

Requirements

  • Professional knowledge acquired through degree or equivalent, with experience in implementing policies and practices across specialist areas.
  • Experience in recruitment, staff management, performance management, and budgeting.
  • Proven experience in risk management, change management, and project planning and prioritization.
