Job Summary:

TPP Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Database Manager to join our client, a humanitarian organization, in their mission to respond to global disasters. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing and developing their Salesforce CRM system to meet the evolving fundraising strategies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead CRM Development: Continuously develop and enhance the CRM system to align with fundraising and marketing objectives.
  • Data Strategy Expert: Provide expert advice on data strategy, promoting best practices across departments to optimize supporter engagement.
  • Data Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant Data Protection and Fundraising Regulations, maintaining high standards of data quality and security.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Manage reporting, analysis, and data selections to boost income generation and improve supporter retention.
  • Team Leadership: Line management of the Database Officer, including conducting annual Performance Development Reviews.

Requirements:

  • Database Management Experience: Strong experience in database management, particularly with cloud-based CRMs like Salesforce.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with a history of building effective relationships both internally and externally.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
  • Collaborative Team Player: A collaborative team player, committed to values of accountability, transparency, and humanitarianism.
  • Confidentiality: The ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
