The Business Consulting division encompasses various focus areas, including Enterprise Applications (EA), Technology, Finance, Operations, Deals, and People. The EA Practice specializes in advisory and implementation services related to Oracle Cloud Applications and Technology, particularly in ERP and HCM consultancy.

As a key member of the EA team, your success will hinge on your ability to establish a strong internal and external reputation as a leader in Oracle Cloud ERP solutions. Your expertise will be recognized and valued within both the EA and Business Consulting teams, as well as among Oracle UK's sales and solution consulting teams.

Role Responsibilities

As an Oracle Cloud ERP Finance Consultant within our Business Consulting practice, you will:

  • Contribute to defining and delivering finance solutions on projects in collaboration with senior sales and delivery leaders.
  • Leverage your knowledge of Oracle ERP Cloud functionality to design tailored client solutions and persuade customers of their suitability.
  • Engage deeply with Finance Solutions, utilizing your experience as an implementation consultant to take charge of at least one complete process area (e.g., Record to Report).

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Relevant Oracle certification in Cloud Finance and several years of experience in similar consulting or project roles, demonstrating successful project delivery and related sales/practice development.
  • Extensive experience with Oracle Cloud ERP, including certification and project implementation in your areas of expertise.
  • Proven ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a track record of effectively convincing clients regarding your proposed solutions.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as necessary, primarily within the UK, with occasional travel to Europe and the Middle East.
