The Enterprise Solutions teams consist of technology-focused professionals collaborating to implement SaaS ERP transformation programs based on KPMG Powered Enterprise. Leveraging their functional knowledge in Finance, HR, and Procurement, along with their proficiency in cloud applications like Oracle, Workday, and Coupa, these teams lead client programs, support pre-sales initiatives, and enhance the Powered Enterprise model. KPMG is expanding its Enterprise Solutions team to address the growing demand for our leading services and is looking for IT management consultants with relevant expertise and experience.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in business development and project execution across diverse industries.Articulate well-structured solutions for Oracle Cloud technology to address complex client challenges utilizing Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM technology.Define and support comprehensive technical solutions that align with business and technical requirements, covering integrations, data migration, reporting environments, and security.Oversee system design and delivery, including release management, integration management, data migration strategies, and technical project oversight.Lead a team to deliver technical project workstreams, integration, or data migration on larger projects, or manage the entire technical delivery team on smaller engagements with provided technical oversight.

Technical Qualifications
Proven experience collaborating effectively with senior client representatives.Conceptual understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP business processes in at least one area: finance, procurement, HR, or payroll.Experience with multiple Oracle Cloud ERP full implementation project lifecycles, ideally from planning through to post-go-live support, as a subject matter expert.Specialized knowledge in one or more of the following areas, with experience leading a team:Integration workstream - preferably Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)Extension workstream - Oracle VBCS/PCSData migration workstreamEnterprise reporting workstreamAbility to independently facilitate client workshops to drive design decisions in both in-person and remote settings.Prepare strategic documents, including integration strategies, data migration strategies, environment strategies, and architectural designs.Experience in delivering technical outputs such as data migration principles and integration design.Familiarity with operating and implementing in a cloud environment, understanding the differences between cloud and on-premise implementations.Knowledge of the Oracle Cloud delivery lifecycle using a waterfall methodology.Understanding of the functional, application, and technical architectural components of an Oracle Cloud ERP program.Certification in one of the following is advantageous: Oracle Integration Cloud, OCI Architect, Oracle Analytics Cloud.
Professional Skills
Exceptional documentation, reporting, and presentation skills in both virtual and in-person formats.Strong analytical skills with the ability to clarify complex issues and synthesize large volumes of information.Experience in producing project deliverables, including business requirements, functional specifications, configuration documents, process flows, use cases, and requirements traceability matrices.Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Projects.Excellent interpersonal, team-building, organizational, and motivational abilities.Quick learner with the capacity to rapidly assimilate new information.Ability to communicate ideas and recommendations clearly and succinctly in both written and verbal formats.Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze and utilize data for decision-making.Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills, capable of balancing competing priorities.
