The Enterprise Solutions teams consist of technology-driven professionals collaborating to implement SaaS ERP transformation initiatives rooted in KPMG Powered Enterprise. Key Responsibilities

Assist in business development and project execution across diverse industries.Articulate innovative and well-structured solutions utilizing Oracle Cloud technology to address complex client challenges.Define and support comprehensive technical solutions that align with business and technical requirements, covering integrations, data migration, reporting, and security.Oversee system design and implementation, including release management, integration management, data migration strategies, and technical project oversight.Lead a team to deliver technical project workstreams, manage integrations or data migrations on larger projects, or oversee the entire technical delivery team on smaller projects with appropriate technical support.

Technical Qualifications
Proven experience collaborating effectively with senior client stakeholders.Solid understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP business processes in at least one area: finance, procurement, HR, or payroll.Experience in multiple Oracle Cloud ERP full implementation project lifecycles, ideally from scoping and planning to post-go-live support, with a focus on subject matter expertise.Specialized knowledge in one or more of the following areas, with experience leading a team:Integration workstream - preferably Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)Extension workstream - Oracle VBCS/PCSData migration workstreamEnterprise reporting workstreamAbility to independently facilitate client workshops to drive design decisions, both in-person and remotely.Develop strategic documents, including integration strategies, data migration plans, environment strategies, and architectural designs.Experience in delivering technical outputs such as data migration principles and integration designs.Familiarity with operating and implementing in a cloud environment, understanding the differences between cloud and on-premise implementations.Knowledge of the Oracle Cloud delivery lifecycle using a waterfall methodology.Understanding of the functional, application, and technical architecture components of an Oracle Cloud ERP program.Certification in one of the following is advantageous: Oracle Integration Cloud, OCI Architect, Oracle Analytics Cloud.
