Job Title: ERP Cloud Finance Transformation Lead

Are you looking to take on a challenging role that combines your strategic vision and technical expertise to lead complex transformation projects? As an ERP Cloud Finance Transformation Lead at Oracle, you will play a key role in helping our clients achieve their digital transformation goals.

About the Role:
  • Lead the solution stream of large-scale ERP/Finance transformation projects in Oracle Fusion
  • Bring strong finance functional knowledge, expertise, and proprietary tools to every client situation
  • Develop and maintain strategic client relationships while ensuring the highest quality client work
  • Collaborate with onshore and offshore resources to drive quality outcomes
  • Contribute to the ongoing creation of transformation IP
  • Share industry knowledge and transformation experience with the larger OC team
  • Coach and mentor Oracle Consulting team members
  • Foster and provide thought leadership in finance transformation for OC ANZ
  • Ensure adoption and benefit realization for our customers undertaking the transformation journey
About You:
  • 10+ years of experience in Corporate/Finance roles in the industry and strong finance functional knowledge
  • Experience in leading digital finance transformations utilizing cloud technology, Oracle Fusion preferred
  • A solid track record of building strong client relationships with large organizations, as well as identifying opportunities to deepen those relationships and grow the business
  • Experience in Enterprise Performance Management - planning, budgeting, and forecasting, management information and reporting, profitability and cost management, and performance data and analytics
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills and a high level of comfort with quantitative analysis and managerial accounting
  • Experience in Cloud ERP transformation projects with a focus on finance
  • Experience with leading Cloud ERP/Finance technology, Oracle Cloud Financials will be highly beneficial
