Job Summary:

Oracle Contractors is seeking a highly skilled Oracle HCM Payroll Lead Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Enterprise Applications practice, you will be responsible for delivering Oracle Cloud Payroll solutions to our clients.

About the Role:

This is a senior-level consulting role that requires a deep understanding of Oracle Cloud Payroll functionality and a proven track record of delivering complex projects. You will work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Payroll Solution Definition and Delivery: You will be responsible for defining and delivering Oracle Cloud Payroll solutions to our clients, working closely with our sales and delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
  2. Payroll Specialist Implementation: You will engage in the detail of Payroll solutions, using your experience as a Payroll specialist implementation consultant to lead teams and deliver specialist activity where needed.
  3. Functional and Technical Expertise: You will take responsibility for all functional aspects of an Oracle Cloud Payroll implementation, as well as being hands-on regarding technical aspects of the implementation, including Fast Formula.
  4. Collaboration and Communication: You will work collaboratively with our Enterprise Applications practice leaders in defining solutions and with Project Managers, Solutions Architects, and implementation consultants in the delivery of customer projects.

Requirements:

  1. Oracle Cloud HCM Experience: You will have a strong background in Oracle Cloud HCM, with a focus on Payroll solutions.
  2. Payroll Specialist Implementation: You will have experience in Payroll specialist implementation, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
  3. Business Acumen: You will have a deep understanding of business operations and be able to develop tailored solutions that meet our clients' needs.
  4. Communication and Collaboration: You will be an excellent communicator and collaborator, with the ability to work effectively with our clients and internal stakeholders.
