Job Summary

Lorien, a leading Management Consultancy, is seeking a highly experienced Senior Oracle HCM Functional Consultant to join their team. As a Senior Oracle HCM Functional Consultant, you will play a key role in leading multiple Core HCM Cloud-based implementations for their clients, who are major FTSE 250 companies based in the UK.

About the Role

As a Senior Oracle HCM Functional Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work on end-to-end implementations of major Oracle HCM Cloud transformation programmes across various modules, including Core HCM, Talent, Compensation and Benefits, Attendance, and Recruitment. You will be responsible for leading client workshops, producing project deliverables, and ensuring successful programme delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple Core HCM Cloud-based implementations for major FTSE 250 clients
  • Develop and deliver project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful programme delivery
  • Produce high-quality project deliverables, including business requirements, functional specifications, and configuration documents
  • Provide expert guidance and support to junior team members

Requirements

  • Proven experience in leading Core HCM Cloud-based implementations
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Core HCM, Talent, Compensation and Benefits, Attendance, and Recruitment
  • Excellent interpersonal, team building, organisational, and motivational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Relevant certifications, such as Oracle HCM Cloud certifications, are highly desirable
