Oracle HCM Payroll Lead Consultant

About the Role:

As a Senior Oracle Cloud Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of Oracle Cloud Payroll solutions for our clients. With a strong background in payroll processing and related issues, you will provide advisory consulting services to ensure best practice in payroll management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and deliver Oracle Cloud Payroll solutions for clients, leveraging your knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud functionality.
  2. Engage with clients to understand their payroll requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  3. Collaborate with project teams to deliver successful implementations, including technical aspects such as Fast Formula.
  4. Work closely with Enterprise Applications practice leaders to define solutions and with project managers, solutions architects, and implementation consultants to deliver customer projects.
