Oracle HCM Payroll Lead Consultant

Job Summary:

Oracle Contractors is seeking a highly skilled Oracle HCM Payroll Lead Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Oracle Cloud Practice, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality Oracle Cloud Payroll solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Payroll Solution Definition and Delivery: You will own the Payroll solution definition and delivery, collaborating with senior sales and delivery leaders to design and implement client-specific solutions.
  2. Payroll Specialist Implementation: You will engage in the detail of Payroll solutions, leading teams and delivering specialist activity where needed, leveraging your experience as a Payroll specialist implementation consultant.
  3. Technical Aspects: You will take responsibility for the technical aspects of an Oracle Cloud Payroll implementation, including Fast Formula, and work collaboratively with the Enterprise Applications practice leaders in defining solutions.
  4. Collaboration and Communication: You will work closely with Project Managers, Solutions Architects, and implementation consultants to deliver customer projects and build lasting relationships with C-Level and Senior Solution stakeholders.

Requirements:

  1. Oracle Cloud HCM Experience: You will have a strong background in Oracle Cloud HCM, with certification in other Oracle Cloud HCM modules.
  2. Payroll Knowledge: You will have a deep understanding of Payroll processing and related issues, enabling you to perform advisory consulting related to Payroll best practice.
  3. Project Delivery Experience: You will have experience in Project Delivery roles, encompassing project leadership and oversight, alongside your solution responsibilities.
  4. Relationship Building: You will have a proven track record of building lasting relationships with C-Level and Senior Solution stakeholders.
