The Enterprise Solutions teams consist of dedicated technology professionals collaborating to implement SaaS ERP transformation initiatives based on KPMG Powered Enterprise. These teams leverage their functional expertise in Finance, HR, and Procurement, along with their proficiency in cloud applications (Oracle, Workday, Coupa), to lead client programs, support pre-sales efforts, and enhance the Powered Enterprise model. KPMG is expanding its Enterprise Solutions team to address the growing demand for our leading services and is seeking IT management consultants with relevant experience and expertise.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in business development and project execution across various industries.Articulate well-structured solutions for Oracle Cloud technology to address complex client challenges related to Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM.Define and support comprehensive technical solutions that meet business and technical requirements across integrations, data migration, reporting, and security.Oversee system design and delivery, including release management, integration management, data migration strategies, and technical project oversight.Lead a team to deliver technical project workstreams, integrations, or data migrations on larger projects, or manage the entire technical delivery team on smaller projects with appropriate technical support.

Technical Expertise:
Proven experience collaborating effectively with senior client representatives.Conceptual understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP business processes in areas such as finance, procurement, HR, and payroll.Experience with multiple Oracle Cloud ERP full implementation project lifecycles, ideally from planning through to post-go-live support, serving as a subject matter expert.Specialized knowledge in one or more of the following areas, with experience leading a team:Integration workstream - preferably Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)Extension workstream - Oracle VBCS/PCSData migration workstreamEnterprise reporting workstreamAbility to independently facilitate client workshops to drive design decisions, both in-person and remotely.Preparation of strategic documents, including integration strategies, data migration plans, environment strategies, and architectural designs.Experience in delivering technical outputs such as data migration principles and integration designs.Familiarity with operating and implementing in a cloud environment, understanding the differences between cloud and on-premise implementations.Knowledge of the Oracle Cloud delivery lifecycle using a waterfall methodology.Understanding of the functional, application, and technical architecture of an Oracle Cloud ERP program.Certification in one or more of the following is advantageous: Oracle Integration Cloud, OCI Architect, Oracle Analytics Cloud.
Professional Skills:

• Strong documentation, reporting, and presentation skills in both virtual and in-person settings.

• Well-developed analytical skills, capable of clarifying complex issues and synthesizing large volumes of information.

• Experience in producing project deliverables such as business requirements, functional specifications, configuration documents, process flows, use cases, and requirements traceability matrices.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Projects.

• Excellent interpersonal, team-building, organizational, and motivational abilities.

• Quick learner with the capacity to adapt swiftly to new information.

• Ability to communicate ideas and recommendations clearly and succinctly in both written and verbal formats.

• Strong attention to detail and capability to analyze data for informed decision-making.
