Grant Thornton's Business Consulting division encompasses various focus areas, including Enterprise Applications (EA), Technology, Finance, Operations, Deals, and People. The EA Practice specializes in advisory and project implementation services related to Oracle Cloud Applications and Technology, particularly in ERP and HCM consultancy.
As a pivotal member of the EA team, your success will hinge on your ability to cultivate a strong internal and external reputation as a leader in Oracle Cloud ERP solutions. Your expertise will be recognized and valued within both the EA and Business Consulting teams, as well as among Oracle UK's sales and solution consulting teams.

Role Responsibilities
In your capacity as an Oracle Cloud ERP Finance Consultant within our Business Consulting practice, you will:
- Play a key role in defining and delivering finance solutions on projects, collaborating with senior sales and delivery leaders.
- Leverage your expertise in Oracle ERP Cloud functionality to design tailored client solutions and persuade customers of their effectiveness.
- Dive deep into Finance Solutions, utilizing your experience as an implementation consultant to oversee specialized activities, taking charge of at least one complete process area (e.g., Record to Report).
Ideal Candidate Profile
As an Oracle Cloud ERP Finance Consultant, the essential qualifications include relevant Oracle certification in Cloud Finance and several years of experience in similar consulting or project roles, demonstrating successful project delivery and associated sales or practice development efforts. Additional desirable skills include:
- Extensive experience with Oracle Cloud ERP, including certification and project implementation in your areas of expertise.
- Proven ability to establish enduring relationships with clients.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a track record of effectively persuading clients regarding your proposed solutions.
- While much of our project work is conducted in a hybrid format, a willingness to travel for client engagements, primarily within the UK and occasionally across Europe and the Middle East, is essential.
