Position Overview:
The Oracle Cloud Financials Consultant will act as a key advisor within Axiom Software Solutions Limited, collaborating closely with our delivery partners to ensure the successful implementation of Oracle Cloud ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
This senior position demands extensive expertise in the design, planning, and execution of Oracle Cloud ERP Financials and Procurement projects.

  • Experience: A minimum of 15 years of profound knowledge and experience in Oracle Financials and Procurement, with at least 7 to 10 years focused on Oracle Cloud ERP implementations.
  • Background: The ideal candidate will have a background in finance and accounting, having previously held roles such as accountant or finance manager.
  • Consultative Approach: This role requires a consulting mindset, leading and collaborating effectively across all organizational levels.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to distill complex information for executive leadership and present findings to various governance boards.
  • Stakeholder Management: Proficient in building consensus and negotiating across diverse senior stakeholders with potentially conflicting priorities.
  • Solution Design: Responsible for defining and managing the Fusion Solution Design and Build in collaboration with the System Integrator and Technology Solution Architect.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to the architectural frameworks and policies established by the organization.
  • Project Management: Plan, implement, and oversee solution delivery, resource allocation, and governance.
  • Quality Assurance: Engage in constructive assessment of the design, build, and testing processes to ensure effective service delivery and program advancement.
  • Note: This role is not technical in nature.
  • Security Clearance: While current security clearance is not mandatory, it is considered advantageous.
