Are you passionate about supporting critical business applications? We are looking for an Application Support analyst to join our dynamic team at a leading technology company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain business-critical applications and ensure seamless operation of services.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot applications and services to prevent downtime.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues to minimize business disruption.
  • Recommend solutions to prevent future occurrences and improve overall system performance.
  • Provide technical support across various business directorates and ensure timely resolution of issues.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team to achieve business objectives.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience with Siemens Teamcenter Unified, MS Office, SQL, Visual Basic, Primavera P6, Java, and FlexLM.
