Job Overview

GBA5 EntServ UK Limited is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused IT Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective technical support to clients via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
  • Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge base articles and technical documentation.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and provide after-hours support as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and other common software applications.
  • Experience with network infrastructure, server hardware, and printer hardware.
  • ITIL certification or equivalent experience.
