About the Care Facility: This newly established independent hospital is equipped with advanced facilities dedicated to neuropsychiatric and neurobehavioral assessment and rehabilitation. The center is committed to delivering outstanding care for individuals recovering from acquired brain injuries, including those with coexisting mental health and physical conditions.

Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with individuals experiencing acquired brain injuries to enhance their quality of life.
  • Provide high-quality, individualized care and support.
  • Serve as a positive role model and work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Contribute to a collaborative environment where every team member's input is valued.
  • Engage in innovative, evidence-based initiatives aimed at service improvement.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

Essential:

  • Current professional registration with the Nursing & Midwifery Council (RMHN/RNLD/RGN)
  • Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and adaptable
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor with strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and care
  • Ability to function effectively within a multidisciplinary team

Desirable:

  • Experience in the field of acquired brain injury
  • Familiarity with the Mental Health Act & Mental Capacity Act
  • Recognized practice assessor or practice supervisor
  • Understanding of risk assessment and management in practice
  • Proficient IT skills with experience in computerized record systems

Salary Range: £38,758.33 to £41,661.51
