Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our team at Willing Care Recruitment. As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to complex patients requiring neurorehabilitation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of complex patients and utilize advanced clinical reasoning skills to assess, diagnose, and implement appropriate nursing support plans.
- Provide development, clinical training, and supervision of support workers.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations to maintain a safe and effective working environment.
Requirements:
- Nursing qualification (RGN/RMN/RNLD)
- Valid UK NMC Pin
- Proven experience working in a neurological setting
- Ability to manage a caseload of complex patients
- Strong clinical reasoning skills
- Knowledge of development, clinical training, and supervision of support workers
