Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Staff Nurse to join our Neurorehabilitation team at The Disabilities Trust. As a Senior Staff Nurse, you will play a key role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with acquired brain injuries, autism, and learning or physical disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of nurses and provide guidance and support to ensure the delivery of exceptional care and support.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each individual.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Participate in innovative service improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices.
  • Provide education and training to nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse with a passion for working with individuals with acquired brain injuries.
  • Experience in leading teams and providing guidance and support to nursing staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary team.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality care and support that meets the needs of each individual.
