Senior Staff Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Staff Nurse to join our team at Brainkind, a leading UK charity dedicated to supporting individuals with acquired brain injuries, autism, and learning or physical disabilities.
About the RoleAs a Senior Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, personalized care and support to our service users. You will lead a team of nurses and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of nurses and provide guidance and support to ensure high-quality care delivery
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with service users, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and reviews to ensure service users receive the best possible care
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and coordination
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices
