Business Development Opportunity

We Are Social, a global socially-led creative agency, is seeking a seasoned professional to drive business growth in the digital marketing services sector. As a Regional Director of Business Development, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth across Europe and the UK.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Proven track record of building business within marketing services
  • Strong business and marketing strategy skills
  • Superb writing and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively
  • Familiarity with digital marketing technology and trends
  • Experience of our MarTech stack (Salesforce, Pardot, 6Sense), or equivalent

Key Responsibilities

  • Craft sales strategies for top accounts
  • Add to the existing library of selling assets and best practices
  • Cultivate business relationships through networking, industry events and outbound marketing
