Job Title: IT Audit Director

Our client's technology risk assurance team is seeking a seasoned professional to lead the strategic direction and delivery of their IT Audit requirements. As an IT Audit Director, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality work and develop the team members working alongside you.

This is an opportunity to further develop your career and be part of the national leadership team as the TRA team grows their business and supports the national audit stream. You will be responsible for innovating our delivery in areas such as Advanced Data Analytics, IT Governance, Cyber Security, Technology Resilience, and Data Privacy.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement tech-enabled audit approaches to address audit risk in the most effective way.
  2. Review and ensure high-quality audit standards are maintained through the work performed by the team.
  3. Lead a team supporting a portfolio of IT audit engagements, working alongside the audit team to strategically plan resources, audit scope, and project plans.
  4. Deliver exceptional client service, bringing ideas to enhance our delivery and acting as a point of escalation throughout an engagement.
  5. Contribute to the development of methodologies and guidance for internal use.
  6. Act as an ambassador of the firm, participating in marketing events and keeping abreast of the firm's services.
  7. Integrate Controls testing and Data Analytics into an external audit approach.
  8. Interpret the financial audit impact of IT risks and control weaknesses.
  9. Cyber risk management and business resilience.
  10. IT system implementation risks and controls.
  11. IT Governance and IT Compliance Reviews.
