About the RoleAs a Regional Director of Business Development, you will be responsible for building a pipeline of new business opportunities through outbound techniques, identifying key accounts and decision makers, and tracking progress against plan. You will work closely with our Marketing team and Campaign Manager (ABM) to develop sales strategies and cultivate business relationships through networking and industry events.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a sustained pipeline of new business opportunities through outbound techniques
- Target clients with a potential revenue of $2M+ and craft sales strategies for top accounts
- Report on progress against plan and add to our existing library of selling assets and best practices
- Sell-in the full suite of agency offerings and cultivate business relationships through networking and industry events
- Experience with our MarTech stack (Salesforce, Pardot, 6Sense) or equivalent
- A demonstrable record of creating new business opportunities through outbound techniques
- A successful track record in business development within a digital or traditional agency environment
- Strong business and marketing strategy skills
- Superb writing and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively
- Experience in outbound pursuits and a consultative approach to client engagement
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain C-level executive relationships
- Familiarity with digital marketing technology and trends
