We Are Social is a global socially-led creative agency with a strong presence in the digital marketing services industry. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Director of Business Development to join our team.

About the Role

The Regional Director of Business Development will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the European and UK markets. This will involve developing and executing business growth strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth across the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to drive revenue growth across the European and UK markets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound techniques, including sales strategies and pipeline development.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the region.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team and Campaign Manager (ABM) to develop and execute marketing strategies that support business growth.
  • Report on progress against plan and provide regular updates to the Global Head of Growth.
Requirements
  • Experience of our MarTech stack (Salesforce, Pardot, 6Sense), or equivalent.
  • A demonstrable record of creating new business opportunities through outbound techniques.
  • A successful track record in business development within a digital or traditional agency environment.
  • Strong business and marketing strategy skills.
  • Superb writing and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Experience in outbound pursuits and a consultative approach to client engagement.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain C-level executive relationships.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing technology and trends.
