Primary Responsibilities
As a Regional Business Group Director, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing effective business strategies, driving business growth, and fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. You'll work closely with our regional managers, area managers, and market sector directors to drive business performance and support other initiatives in the region.

- Lead and manage a team of business development professionals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Collaborate with regional managers, area managers, and market sector directors to drive business performance
- Mentor and develop team members to achieve their full potential
Qualifications
We're looking for a highly experienced and skilled professional who has a strong track record of business development and leadership. You'll need to have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 12 years of experience in a related field. You'll also need to have a strong understanding of business development principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
