System Configuration Specialist

We are seeking a skilled System Configuration Analyst to join our team at Alcumus. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for configuring and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications to meet our business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan, design, and implement Dynamics CRM/365 projects, including generating estimates and supporting implementation.
- Develop and test Dynamics CRM 365 customizations, collaborating with end users, Business Analysts, Project Managers, and Management.
- Work with team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring Change Request process is followed.
- Provide support during UAT and regression testing, and complete special projects as requested by senior leadership.
- Understanding of Dynamics 365 out-of-the-box functionality.
- Configuration and customization experience with Microsoft Dynamics D365.
- Experience in creating and maintaining user and technical documentation.
- Familiarity with Power Platform capabilities and functions.
- French speaking.
- Experience working in an agile environment.
- Microsoft Certifications for Dynamics 365 at associate level.
- Graduate of a technology degree.
