We are seeking a skilled System Configuration Analyst to join our team at Alcumus. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for configuring and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications to meet our business requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in planning, discovery, and requirement workshops to document and generate estimates for Dynamics CRM/365 projects.
  • Design, develop, and test Dynamics CRM 365 customizations to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with end users, Business Analysts, Project Managers, and Management to enhance and upgrade our CRM system.
  • Work with team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring seamless system operation.
  • Adhere to the Change Request process as outlined in our company's IT policies.
  • Provide support during UAT and regression testing to ensure system stability.
  • Complete special projects and provide project support as requested by senior leadership.
Requirements
  • Understanding of Dynamics 365 out-of-the-box functionality.
  • Configuration and customization experience with Microsoft Dynamics D365.
  • Experience in creating and maintaining user and technical documentation on processes, policies, application configuration, and user help materials.
  • Familiarity with Power Platform capabilities and functions.
