Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at SCC. As a Deployment and Support Expert, you will play a crucial role in deploying new IT equipment, configuring systems, and ensuring a smooth transition to Windows 10.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deploy and configure new IT equipment, with a focus on Windows 10 systems, to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Collaborate closely with IT teams, stakeholders, and end-users to facilitate a smooth Windows 10 rollout, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum efficiency.
  • Provide user training and support during the transition phase, ensuring that all users are comfortable and proficient with the new system.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot any issues arising from the rollout, using your problem-solving skills and attention to detail to resolve problems quickly and effectively.
  • Document processes, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for future reference, ensuring that knowledge is shared and retained within the team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Windows OS deployment and migration, specifically with Windows 10, with a strong understanding of the latest technologies and best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Familiarity with Operating System Deployment via SCCM, with the ability to configure and manage systems efficiently.
