EDMS Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced EDMS Coordinator to join our Rail business unit at Morgan Sindall Infrastructure. As an EDMS Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the Senior Information Manager with the setup and delivery of projects in line with our Information Management Standard (Q STD 616).

• Configure and utilize EDMS systems, including Trimble Viewpoint For Projects, Trimble Viewpoint Field View, and Bentley ProjectWise, to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Collaborate with project teams to implement and maintain EDMS systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including project plans, procedures, and guidelines, to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Provide training and support to project teams on EDMS systems and processes, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and adoption.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance EDMS system efficiency and effectiveness.

• Strong experience in EDMS system configuration and utilization, with a focus on rail infrastructure projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with project teams and stakeholders.
• Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
