At Arriva Kent Thameside Limited, our Bus Drivers play a crucial role in the communities we serve. Whether it's transporting students to school or helping commuters reach their destinations, you will connect our passengers to what matters most. Providing outstanding customer service is essential, and you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact in the community.

Compensation Details:

£15.27 per hour for the initial 7 months of service;

£16.27 per hour on Saturdays and Sundays.

£16.10 per hour after 7 months of service;

£17.10 per hour on weekends.

Candidate Requirements:

  • PCV Licence (If you do not possess this, please consider applying for our trainee bus driver position).
  • Must be at least 18 years old with a minimum of 6 months driving experience.
  • No more than 6 penalty points on your driving licence.
  • Exceptional customer service skills are required.
  • A drug and alcohol test will be mandatory during the driving assessment.
  • Weekend work may be required based on your schedule; however, you will be informed in advance of your working weekends.
