Overview:

At Arriva Kent Thameside Limited, our Bus Operators play a vital role in the communities we serve. From transporting students to their educational institutions to ensuring commuters reach their workplaces, you will be instrumental in connecting our passengers to what matters most in their daily lives.

Compensation:

£15.27 per hour for the initial 7 months of service;

£16.27 per hour on Saturdays and Sundays.

£16.10 per hour after 7 months of service;

£17.10 per hour on weekends.

Qualifications:

  • Valid PCV Licence (If you do not possess this, please consider applying for our trainee bus driver position).
  • Must be at least 18 years old with a minimum of 6 months driving experience.
  • A maximum of 6 penalty points on your driving licence.
  • Strong customer service abilities.
  • Willingness to undergo a drug and alcohol screening during the driving assessment.
  • Availability to work weekends as per your schedule; advance notice will be provided for your shifts.
