About the Role

As a PCV Bus Driver with Arriva Kent Thameside Limited, you will play a vital role in connecting our customers to what matters to them. Whether it's getting children to school or commuters to work, you will be at the heart of the communities we serve.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a safe and comfortable journey for all passengers.
  • Operate a PCV bus in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers and colleagues to build a positive and inclusive community.
  • Work collaboratively with the transportation team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • PCV Licence (if you do not have this, please apply to our trainee bus driver role).
  • Be over 18 with at least 6 months driving experience.
  • No more than 6 points on your licence.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Pass a drug and alcohol test when you come for a driving assessment.
  • Be willing to work weekends depending on your rota.
